A Fur Casa account keeps your pet details, bookings, records, hotel Daily Updates and Fur Casa Rewards together. Creating your profile and adding your first pet can also unlock the one-time 50-credit welcome reward.
What vaccination records should I prepare?
Keep your pet’s Fur Casa profile updated with their latest vaccination information before your visit. Bring the vaccine booklet for confirmation. If you are unsure about the current requirements for your pet or service, message us before booking.
Can Fur Casa follow my pet’s feeding or medication instructions?
Yes. Add feeding, medication and other care instructions to the booking and pet profile. Let us know about allergies, behavioural concerns and anything else our team should know before arrival.
Will I receive updates during a Pet Hotel stay?
Yes. Pet Hotel stays include regular Daily Updates so you can see how your pet is doing while you are away.
