Highly recommended 👍👍👍 My 2 furbabies stayed with them for 7 days, each day, they are very consistent in sending updates with pictures and videos. They treat them like their own. FurCasa's customer service is great. Once you enter the pet hotel, they will greet you with smiles and you could feel the happy energy; fit for furparents who are afraid to trust strangers because they will respectfully follow whatever list of rules you leave with them as you go on to your vacation without your pets.
