If we detect fleas or ticks during check-in or grooming, we will inform you right away. Yes, a ₱3,000 refundable deposit is required before check-in. It may be used for emergency services or extended stays.
9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Late pick-ups beyond the agreed time (15 minutes or more) will be charged daycare fees. Early or late pickups require approval and may incur fees.

Yes, we can administer oral, topical, or drop-based medication with clear instructions. Contagious pets will not be accepted. A valid medical certificate may be requested.
We will seek veterinary care and inform you immediately. All medical expenses will be charged to you or deducted from your deposit. Additional charges will apply to cover transportation costs and the time of the personnel assigned to accompany your pet to the clinic.
If the weather permits, we may walk your dog for sanitary purposes only. You may book Walk & Playtime sessions separately.

Yes, but we require them to wear diapers, and you have to pick up your pet within 30 minutes after being notified, to avoid additional daycare fees.
Please inform us in advance. You may bring your own vet-approved shampoo if needed. We also offer medicated bath and topical creams.
We do our best to handle pets gently. However, pets with medical conditions may be declined or groomed at your own risk.
We practice caution and professionalism. Minor nicks can sometimes happen from sudden movements. We are only liable for injuries caused by gross negligence. We will coordinate with a vet and assume responsibility accordingly.

Pet supplies & shop
Only defective electronic items may be returned within 7 days. They can be exchanged for another item of equal or higher value. Please bring your receipt.
No, there are no warranties or returns on non-electronic products, unless otherwise required by law.
Walk & Playtime
Yes! Walks are on-leash and supervised by a a trained dog walker.
Dogs must have updated anti-rabies vaccine, be non-aggressive toward humans and other dogs, and be in good health. Please provide your walking kit to the dog walker (poo bags, disinfecting sprays, wipes, and portable water bottles).
Our dog walkers prioritize safety and will do their best to manage your dog if it shows aggression towards any person or animal. As the owner, you remain liable for any injuries your dog may cause.
