Daycare Rate Cap
You will never pay more for daycare than the equivalent applicable overnight boarding rate.
Once accumulated daycare charges reach the overnight boarding rate, the applicable overnight rate will be charged instead.

The health and safety of every pet in our care comes first.
Certain vaccinations and parasite prevention may be required for Pet Hotel, Daycare and Grooming services.
If your pet is not fully immunised, please contact us before booking so we can advise you of the current requirements.
