🐶 Grooming Requirements
To maintain hygiene and prevent the spread of illnesses, we require:
- Up-to-date vaccinations (Rabies, 5-in-1 for dogs or 4-in-1 for cats)
- Pets must be in good health with no open wounds or contagious conditions
- Pets must not display extreme aggression
🏨 Pet Boarding (Overnight Stay)
Our overnight stay services are perfect for travel or busy days. Requirements include:
- Full vaccination record: Rabies, 5-in-1, Bordetella (Kennel Cough) for dogs; Rabies and 4-in-1 for cats
- Tick and flea prevention
- Food for the entire stay (we also offer dog and cat food as an option)
- Medications, if any, and comfort items like blankets or toys
- Non-aggressive temperament and comfort with being indoors
- Written consent if someone else is picking up or dropping off your pet
☀️ Daycare
For short stays or playtime, we require:
- Rabies and 5-in-1 (dogs) / 4-in-1 (cats) vaccines
- Tick and flea prevention
- Pets must be friendly, socialized, and non-aggressive
- Food and treats (optional)
- Written consent if not handled by the owner
🚶 Dog Walking
To keep your dog active, we need:
- Rabies vaccine proof
- Secure leash or harness
- Dogs must be manageable on leash and healthy
- Provide clear walking instructions and schedule
- Written consent if managed by someone other than the owner
🚗 Pick-Up & Drop-Off
For your convenience:
- Pet must wear a fresh diaper at pick-up
- Vaccination requirements follow the service booked
- Pets must be crated or leashed properly
- Provide exact pick-up/drop-off instructions and a valid ID of receiver
- Written consent if someone else is involved
